For many players, Ridgerock Lake will be their first experience of XC golf. Unlike regular golf, XC golf allows players to choose the order in which they finish the holes. The level of wind is significantly stronger than on previous courses, while steep cliffs and tornadoes can make obtaining heights incredibly challenging. The course also features many enemies that players will need to consider when shooting them.

To open Ridgerock Lake, players will need to complete 18 holes on Bonny Greens. This can be done in regular game or golf adventure mode.

Players will unlock Lake Ridgerock after they complete the Bonnee Mountain race with a score of +8 or higher and earn Chrome badges.
